Borsheims partnered with Arctic Leaf to improve the Product Detail Page experience on their Miva platform. The goal was to increase conversion rates, improve product clarity, and support a stronger online shopping experience that reflects their luxury positioning. The work focused on optimizing how users interact with product content, imagery, and purchasing options. By refining key elements of the PDP, the project aimed to reduce friction, support faster decision-making, and drive measurable gains in engagement, revenue, and repeat customer behavior.
