The Greg Norman Collection, a renowned golf apparel brand founded by Greg "The Shark" Norman, faced challenges with their site’s accessibility while aiming to maintain their distinct branding. Partnering with Arctic Leaf, they aimed to refine their online presence and improve user experience without compromising their signature style.

Analytics included in this case study are YoY data comparing 2023 to 2024.

what they needed

Greg Norman Collection required a site that was both AAA WCAG 2.1 accessible and reflective of their iconic brand. They needed an upgraded BigCommerce theme that wouldn’t compromise their brand’s visual impact while ensuring it was usable for all visitors.

experimental design

Using Yotpo, our development team created a way to allow customers to shop GB Wear’s Instagram feed directly from their Home Page. Customers are able to see themselves and connect with other practitioners within the community through the shoppable User-Generated Content.

Since launch, the Arctic Leaf team has continued improving the website. To further the GB Wear vision, our team has expanded on the Customizer Product Page, allowing users to fully customize their uniforms’ colors, logos, and more. Any GB school can easily create personalized apparel and engage their students in training as a team.

Since 2018, Arctic Leaf has supported the Greg Norman Collection, focusing on improving their site’s performance while preserving their distinctive branding. 


  • We transitioned Greg Norman Collection to a AAA WCAG 2.1 compliant BigCommerce theme, improving accessibility without detracting from their signature style.

  • We introduced interactive swatches that update the main image in the gallery, providing a clearer view of selected color variants.

  • Integrated Yotpo’s Shark Rewards program, adding custom landing pages and improving the account experience to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.

  • Focused on high-impact visuals while maintaining accessibility standards. We implemented large product images and generously sized thumbnails to improve the visual shopping experience.

what's next

In 2025, Arctic Leaf will assist with a brand refresh using a new custom e-commerce theme. We will retain successful features while updating the site’s look and integrating the latest BigCommerce functionalities.
