Nick Graham partnered with Arctic Leaf to migrate its e-commerce store from BigCommerce to Shopify, launching in May 2026. The project focused on creating a more flexible platform, improving email marketing infrastructure, and giving the internal team greater control over site content. Arctic Leaf developed a custom Shopify theme built around the brand's photography, integrated Instafeed to connect social content with shopping, rebuilt the Klaviyo program for Shopify, and migrated all products, orders, and customer data. Product metaobjects were also configured to support future catalog growth and merchandising needs.

Arctic Leaf managed the migration from BigCommerce to Shopify while rebuilding the supporting systems needed for long-term growth. The project combined platform migration, custom theme development, email marketing infrastructure, accessibility, and data architecture into a single launch initiative.

Custom Shopify Theme Development

A custom Shopify theme was designed and developed around the brand's photography, with flexible sections that allow the internal team to update layouts and content without developer involvement.

Klaviyo Migration and Lifecycle Marketing

The existing Klaviyo account was audited and rebuilt for Shopify. Arctic Leaf created new branded templates, rebuilt automated flows, refreshed copy, and developed reusable content blocks for future campaigns.

Data Migration and Platform Architecture

Products, orders, and customer records were migrated to Shopify. Product metaobjects were configured to support richer product information and future catalog expansion.

Social and Accessibility Integration

Instafeed was integrated into the storefront to connect Instagram content with the shopping experience. The site was audited for accessibility and launched in compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
